Representative PathwayThis program is modelled on the Pilipinas–Aotearoa representative vision: sport, cultural exchange, and community engagement. It focuses on technical fundamentals, tactical growth, physical preparation, and cultural leadership to prepare players for regional and international youth tournaments.

Curriculum and Skill Structure
Sessions follow a consistent format and a progressive weekly skill cycle that repeats with increasing complexity.
- Session Format: Warm-up (10–15 min); skill circuit (30–40 min); tactical work / small-sided games (25–30 min); scrimmage & cool-down (15–20 min).
- Age Categories: 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U.
- Weekly Focus (example cycle): Ball-handling & passing; shooting mechanics; individual defence; team offense & transition; conditioning & tournament simulation; performance checkpoint & video review.
- Assessments: Monthly skill checks and video analysis to set individual development plans.

Tournament Pathways and Exposure
Players follow a clear selection pathway from local club sessions to trials and representative squads for international competition. The program aims to coordinate with respective local clubs in New Zealand.

- Support Staff : Strength & conditioning coach; physiotherapist/first-aid lead; team manager for logistics and accreditation.
- Uniforms & Gear : Kits are included in the registration fee for any tournaments deployment.

Performance Monitoring
A robust monitoring program tracks physical, technical, tactical, and psychological progress to ensure readiness for selection and international competition.
- Weekly assessments : Speed, vertical leap, shooting accuracy, and decision-making metrics.
- Video feedback : Breakdown of drills and scrimmages with coach notes and player actions to improve game IQ.
- Individual Development Plan : Bi-weekly updates with targeted drills, conditioning, and recovery recommendations.
- Nutrition & Recovery : Age-appropriate guidance and schedules for travel and tournament periods.
Tournament Preparation
- Uniform & Gear : Fit, inspection, and kit management prior to or on the day of the tournament.
